Located in Gaziemir, in close proximity to the international airport and the city centre, Fuarİzmir is Turkey’s largest expo centre covering an area of 240,000 square meters. Containing restaurants, offices, a theatre and seminar hall to accommodate for the needs of its visitors, Fuarİzmir hosts a broad range of events throughout the year.
Travel Turkey Izmir International Tourism Fair and Congress is one of the most important gatherings of the tourism sector in Turkey.The event is organised by İZFAŞ and TÜRSAB under the presidency of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. Each year, the international event showcases the latest trends in global tourism and welcomes sector representatives and tourism professionals from all over the world.
Terra Madre Anatolia
Terra Madre, one of the world's leading gastronomy fairs, will be organised in Izmir under the name Terra Madre Anadolu in May 2021. This globally important large-scale fair is organised jointly by the İzmir Metropolitan Municipality, İZFAŞ, The İzmir Foundation and all the Slow Food Associations in Turkey.
