Abstract: From the mapping analysis of judicial decisions of the Courts of Justice of the southeastern region of Brazil, this research sought to understand how bisexuality is stated in such documents: its construction as differentiated sexuality, the forms of violence to which it is associated and the unfolding of greater relevance. We describe and problematize, especially, the statements of a paradigmatic judicial decision that antagonizes bisexuality and places it as a key factor in the annulment of conjugal union. Palabras clave: bisexualidad, jurisprudencia, anulación del matrimonio, sexualidad. Neste artigo, abordaremos documentos com questões vinculadas à bissexualidade. Esse quadro de significados é regido por operadores sociais específicos de uma sociedade que se assenta numa cultura com fortes traços de machismo, racismo, sexismo e LGBTfobia. Mas tal potência, quando vista de maneira ampla, pode impedir que vejamos as especificidades de cada segmento que a compõe. Camila Cavalcantiao analisar discursos acerca da bissexualidade, aponta para a resistência ao reconhecimento do bissexual como um sujeito político. Para o autor, estigmas colocam o sujeito bissexual como vetor de infecções sexualmente transmissíveis IST.
