Foça Old Olive Oil Factory
The building was restored in accordance with its original form by Nevvar-Salih İşgören and leased to AKADEMİ İKSEV by the Izmir Metropolitan Municipality for 49 years to be used as a music and performing arts center.
The history
The building was built as the 'İzmir Mounted Tramway Administration' in the mid-1800s. It is a floor plus a floor in Levantine architectural style. It was later used by ESHOT as a counter workshop.
