Gümüldür Natural Park
Although Gümüldür Natural Park is located by the sea, it is surrounded by green. There is also a tent accommodation in Natural Park. In addition to swimming on the beach, the passage of the procelgilleriidae (> Puffinus yelkouan) can be easily observed when looking carefully at the offshore. In addition, thanks to the woodland, bird species such as chiffchaff (Phylloscopus collybita), finches (Fringilla coelebs), great tit (Parus major), dove (Streptopelia decaocto) and sparrow (Passer domesticus) can be seen. One of the marine mammals, the Mediterranean monk seal (Monachus monachus) also survives in these waters. The area is located within the boundaries of the Doğanbey Coastal Key Biodiversity Area (KBA). Dwarf maquis bushes are the dominant vegetation within the KBA.
